Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to HoriZone ("we", "us", "our"). We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our policies regarding subscription cancellations and refunds for our digital services.
1. Digital Service Nature
HoriZone is a digital student productivity application. Upon subscribing, you are granted immediate access to premium features, digital tracking tools, and OCR parsing capabilities. Due to the immediate and intangible nature of these digital goods and services, we operate under a strict no-refund policy.
2. No Refunds
All purchases and subscription charges are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for:
- Unused time within an active subscription period.
- Accidental purchases or forgotten subscription renewals.
- Dissatisfaction with the service after the purchase has been made.
3. Cancellations
You are free to cancel your HoriZone subscription at any time.
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription directly from within the HoriZone application by navigating to Settings > Account > Manage Subscription.
After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again. You will continue to have full access to all premium features until your current billing period expires. Your account will then automatically downgrade to the free tier.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
While our general policy is strictly no-refunds, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following rare circumstances:
- Duplicate Billing: If a technical error results in you being charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
- Fraudulent Charges: If your payment method was used to purchase a subscription without your authorization (subject to verification by our payment processor, Razorpay).
If you believe your situation qualifies as an exceptional circumstance, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.
5. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
